Cramps happen when the uterus contracts to shed its lining. Prostaglandins (hormone-like chemicals) trigger these contractions - higher levels mean stronger cramps and stress, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances can make them worse.
Good news: There are plenty of ways to ease the pain!

Heat it up: A heating pad or warm bath helps relax muscles.

Move a little: Gentle walks or similar light excercise boost circulation.

Stay hydrated: Water + anti-inflammatory foods = relief.

Pain relief: From personal experience we found that Ibuprofen, magnesium, or herbal teas especially ginger & chamomile can help.

Relax & breathe: A light belly massage or deep breathing can do wonders!
When to please check in with the doctor: When cramps -
