Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, however for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us at TeamMe@betweenuand.me within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include proof of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Once your refund request is approved, we’ll process it via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that for above reason we regret refunds are not available for incorrect sizing or change of mind. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend checking our sizing guide carefully before making a purchase. If you’re unsure, sizing up for a more comfortable fit is always a good idea.
